Facility Security Officer

The Facility Security Officer’s job is to administer and coordinate DoD, or other industrial security programs and other security activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. The selected FSO's typical security related issues may include physical access to buildings, secure rooms, couriers, clearances, packages, documentation and debriefings.  This position will be responsible for the complete buildout of a new high-tech secure room. This position requires an active DOD Secret clearance.

Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for workstation layout and 5S/6S operations. This position is primarily concerned with troubleshooting parts or equipment, preparing repair/rework work instructions, and reviewing and editing developmental and production electronic component assembly instructions. The Manufacturing Engineer applies principles and theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, engineering mathematics, electronic and electrical testing, electro-optics and physics to permanently solve recurring problems. The individual provides design engineering support for new product and process introductions, ensuring that all activities are completed and documented by following the company's procedures. Supports current production, providing technical solutions to meet safety, quality, and cost-efficiency goals. Leads and supports continuous improvement and manufacturing documentation initiatives, data collection, and analyzation for review of processes, new tooling, equipment requirements, and new product launch projects. Provide proven experience in the creation and maintenance of electro-optical and optomechanical testing and manufacturing facilities.
