Configuration Management Specialist

The Configuration/Data Management Specialist will be accountable for maintaining an engineering development, testing and production product lifecycle management tool (Windchill), as well as implementing configuration management control, managing the schedule for required subcontractor deliverable required documentation, and incorporation of engineering bill of material and operations data into an ERP system (Epicor).

Technician I

The Electronics Technician is responsible to build, test, repair, and modify developmental and production electronic equipment on aerospace systems while supervised. Applies principles of electronics, while performing electronic assembly and electrical testing.
Adheres to written quality guidelines, principles and procedures while building, and performing maintenance on aerospace systems.

Program Manager

Works with business development, engineering, product support, quality, and operations organizations to develop winning management, technical, and cost proposals. Thoroughly understands the customer’s requirements from specifications and statements of work and addresses these requirements throughout the complete design, test and production build process. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring adequate personnel resources are available to successfully meet program objectives.  The Program Manager is the primary point of contact with the customer and responsible for management of cost and schedule, on-time deliverables, as well as day-to-day coordination of program activities.

Staff Accountant

Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, the staff accountant is responsible for the timely processing of financial transactions with high accuracy and in compliance with regulations related to GAAP and government subcontracts. To be successful, the staff accountant brings knowledge and experience with transactions in all stages of the accounting cycle including purchasing, accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, cost recognition, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, cash activity, accruals, income tax, and monthly reporting. The staff accountant also assists with continuous improvements and updates to the accounting policies and procedures with an emphasis on internal controls and government regulations

Information Systems Security Manager

The Information Systems Security Manager will be responsible for assisting in providing oversight, policy, and procedure development, and related functions in compliance with RMF (JSIG), DoD 5205.07.  As part of the IT Team, the position is responsible for day-to-day implementation and compliance in operating and maintaining IT requirements both technical and administrative on classified systems.

The ISSM will assist the IT Manager with overall IT systems administration as well as assisting with security related duties within the Information Technology department. Tasks include maintaining the health and security of the corporate network, user support, monitoring compliance, conducting security audits and monitoring disaster recovery solutions.

Physicist

This position will conduct research and develop laser optics, remote sensing phenomena and optical subassembly. Will develop theories on the basis of observation, simulation and experiments, and develop customer specific sensor prototypes and testing environments. Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of optical physics and engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments that affect future organizational objectives.
